Bob Green
Bob Green Partner - Head of Global Infrastructure Finance

Bob is the head of Global Infrastructure Finance team and oversees Mazars’ Centre of Excellence for Project Finance Advisory and Financial Modelling. He is responsible for coordinating our global teams, combining experience and expertise with local knowledge. A qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience. Bob has specialised in advising private sector developers and infrastructure funds on projects across social and economic infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

Jerome Devillers
Jerome Devillers Partner

Jerome is the New York office co-lead for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance and has worked with Mazars in New York for 15 years developing extensive experience across financial services, utilities and the infrastructure sector. Jerome established Mazars’ US Project Finance team in 2011 and he has led all project finance related assignments for the Americas providing services to investors, lenders and developers in the transportation, social infrastructure and energy sectors.

Jac Berry
Jac Berry UK Head of Quality and Risk

Jac is Mazars’ UK Head of Quality and Risk, based in the London Head Office and sits on the UK Executive Board. Her responsibilities include reviewing audit quality and providing technical assistance on a national basis.

David Donnelly
David Donnelly Partner

David is the London office co-lead and Global Head of Energy for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance. David has over 20 years’ infrastructure finance experience, specialising in power generation and renewable energy since 2006. He has worked on a range of thermal power (gas and coal), biomass, solar, wind energy, and water sector transactions in a number of European and African countries, and the Middle East, for major project sponsors, investors, and banks.

Rickard's passion for financial modelling is built on specialist roles in the highly quantitative fields of derivatives and project finance, a career path complemented by an academic grounding in engineering physics. Born in Sweden and with global consulting and leadership experience, Rickard is an internationally recognised authority, speaker and thought-leader on the organisational benefits of best practice financial modelling.

Jerome Brice is Global Head of Model Audit for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance. Since 2007, Jerome has overseen and signed off more than 1,000 projects with a combined capital value in excess of $100 billion. His experience encompasses the full range of sectors including: social infrastructure, transport, environmental utilities, telecoms and power.

Tom Brichieri-Colombi
Tom Brichieri-Colombi Partner

Tom is the Global Head of Operations and the London office co-lead for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance. He has thirteen years’ of experience of building and auditing financial models. At Mazars, he has developed the team’s operations in Delhi from a ‘start-up’ enterprise to a fully-functional, highly technical team of over 50 financial modelling specialists.

Michael develops commercial solutions tailored to the requirements of senior decision makers including infrastructure sponsors, pension funds and investment banks. Michael was born in Cyprus and has a professional background with CIT Group, a Fortune 500 company providing lending, leasing and advisory services around the globe.

Ben Morris
Ben Morris Director

Ben is the Global Head of Advisory and Valuations for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance. Ben has led over £250 million of equity and debt with four deals completed since August 2016 alone on the advisory side. In relation to Valuations, he has led the team in developing our current methodology and processes with successes such as signing off on more than £1.25bn infrastructure and energy valuations.

David Chapman
David Chapman Non-Executive

David is a Board Member of Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance where he provides strategic advice on growth and development. David retired from Mazars in December 2016 after 22 years of services, most recently as the National Strategic Development Partner for the firm. Amongst his many roles, he was responsible for Mazars’s acquisition activities including expansion of Mazars in the East Midlands and the well-publicized successful merger with Corality Financial Group.

Tyra Malzy

Tyra is Chief Learning Officer at Mazars based in Paris and a Board Member of Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance with a key focus on talent acquisition and retention. She is the Senior Talent Leader for Africa and Head of Mazars University, a cutting-edge education platform designed for Mazars employees and clients around the world as well as the Artistic Director of The Next MBA, an EMBA program for senior executives

Ajit Chandra

Ajit is a director at Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance in Delhi with a total experience of 11 years in building and auditing financial models for a project finance related transactions. He is responsible for the growth, operations, and development of the Delhi office as well as overseeing the offshore modelling. Ajit has extensive model audit experience in reviewing financial models across a range of sectors including renewable energy, transport, thermal power, waste, health and education.
