The Corality Training Academy is proud to announce a new and exciting path for one of our most popular financial modelling training courses. We will be running Best Practice Project Finance Modelling course in Tokyo, Japan on 26 & 27 January 2015.

In-house financial modelling training in Tokyo & Singapore

Best Practice Project Finance Modelling is designed to appeal to project sponsors, banks and advisors, we knew this would be a great opportunity to reach out and offer our quality training course to Tokyo.

In August 2014, we successfully ran an in-house tailored financial modelling training programme for the Development Bank of Japan, based in Tokyo. The tailored programme consisted of course content from our equally popular Best Practice Project Finance Modelling course and Advanced Project Finance Modelling course. Course participants from Development Bank of Japan said they enjoyed Corality’s “hands on” approach when demonstrating the SMART best practice methodology. The Development Bank of Japan enjoyed our course so much that they recommended us to partner companies such as Investment Corporation for Transport & Urban Development & Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, who have a number of participants due to attend the upcoming course in January.

Another large contributor to our success in Japan was the in-house financial modelling training programme held for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Singapore. Read the case study to learn more about this programme. A training programme that lead to an increased interest for the upcoming public training course in Tokyo, as well as an additional in-house tailored financial modelling training for SMBC’s Tokyo office.

Upcoming financial modelling training in Tokyo, Japan

The Corality Training Academy is planning to continue to run courses in Tokyo with another Best Practice Project Finance Modelling course scheduled in the latter half of the year. “I’m excited to be running Best Practice Project Finance Modelling in Tokyo and to show how our SMART methodology can be applied to building project finance models. I’ll be sharing my real life experience in building project finance models, working with course participants as we create a model from scratch”, says Ben Kwan, Associate Director & Trainer in the Corality Training Academy.
