Career opportunity for driven Sales Executive with future ambitions

Corality is growing rapidly, and we are looking to an Internal Sales Executive to drive sales through prospecting, conversions and management of existing client accounts. Working with regional responsibility (EMEA) you will be initially responsible for premium public training registrations and the best tailored in-house courses in the market, and with more training there are opportunities to develop in sales of world-class consulting projects. 

We are a sales driven organisation, demonstated by the face that the Managing Director of EMEA joined as a Business Development Manager 7 years ago and developed and progressed through the organisation to lead this world-class consulting team. 

We are looking for someone with natural skills in building strong long-term relationships, whilst also having effective Closing Skills to ensure that monthly revenue targets are not only met but exceeded.

Join a small and growing outbound sales team

  • With one current team member, you will be the second person to join this small and growing outbound sales team
  • Telephone-based sales and marketing role - you are responsible for generating your own leads, managing your own campaigns, responding to incoming leads and sales pipeline management
  • Build strong relationships with clients to nurture for future opportunities

Talented "hunter" with initial sales experience 

  • A "Hunter" mentality and positive attitude and drive to succeed
  • 1 - 2 years sales experience in a consultive sales environment (non-transactional)
  • Attention to detail, tenacity and results-driven mentality 
  • Excellent communication skills and a love for talking with people
  • Pride in your presentation and excellent presentation skills
  • Experience and interest with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) a plus
