Corality's model audit clients, Plenary Group and Kiewit Development Company, have been awarded an US$847 million contract to rebuild State Highway 183 in Texas, USA.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in the USA last week awarded an US$847 million contract to Southgate Mobility Partners to rebuild State Highway 183, between Euless and Dallas, Texas. The Southgate Mobility Partners Consortium is a joint venture between Plenary Group and Kiewit Development Company. Corality provided the formal model audit as part of the Consortium's successful bid submission to TxDOT.
The 15 mile-long project, called SH 183 Managed Lanes, will consist of rebuilding existing lanes and adding new toll lanes. Work is slated to start later this year or early next year, and should be finished in the spring of 2018. Also known as the Airport Freeway, it carries an estimated 170,000 vehicles per day, and is one of the 100 most congested roadways in Texas.
We would like to congratulate our clients, Plenary Group and Kiewit Development Company, and wish them all the best with the successful financial close and construction of this important component of Texas' road infrastructure.
